- There are no returns or refunds. There are very few items in our store that is in perfect condition (hence the name Perfectly Imperfect) so it is probably best if you come to the store to purchase but if you choose to order online please ask questions I will be upfront as possible. I want you to know what you are ordering so you will be pleased with our product.
